fixed ‘t’ piece
Usually fixes directly to the body of the luminaire via a 20mm bush and locknut. Normally issued to the luminaire manufacturer for pre-wiring, preventing time consuming installation on site.
flying ‘t’ piece
Wired via flexible cable where mechanical fixing is not possible eg: down lights. Can be provided with a female plug connector in instances where the luminaire is supplied with a male connector.
PIR switch ‘t’ piece
Supplied as standard with a 4 pole plug, this ‘t’ piece allows quick connection to a 230v eco2sensorTM PIR.

Only use this ‘t’ piece when a PIR is at the start of a circuit, not suitable for daisy chaining.
PIR intermediate switch ‘t’ piece
Supplied as standard with a 4 pole plug, this ‘t’ piece allows quick connection to a 230v eco2sensorTM PIR.

Only use this ‘t’ piece when a number of PIR’s are to be daisy chained in order to switch a large area. Use only in conjunction with a local switch module.
switch ‘t’ piece
Incorporates a multicore switch drop to enable all fittings to be controlled by that switch position. Any conventional switching configuration can be achieved such as key or intermediate for example.
key switch ‘t’
Incorporates a key switch drop to enable emergency luminaire testing.
combined switch‘t’
Incorporates a normal switch drop and a key switch drop to enable local switching and emergency luminaire testing.
2 way intermediate switch ‘t’
Incorporates a multicore switch drop to enable 2 way switching. Use in conjunction with a 2 way switch module.
LCM ‘t’ switch
6 pole ‘t’ piece to provide power and bus to LCM’s.
